FAQs

How far in advance should I contact you for a wedding invitation?
To make sure I have the time to dedicate to your big day.  The earlier you contact me the better. The design process can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks, depending on the order, and the printing takes another 2 weeks upon final approval.  If you have a tight deadline, don't fear! Contact me and I will do my very best to accommodate you. As I know how important your big day is and how time can just slip away.

We have a budget, can you work within it?

Each couple has a unique story to tell, which requires a great amount of time and dedication. Because of this, custom design tends to cost more. However, if you have a budget in mind, I can always tailor a package that suits you  and your budget. If you have an idea in mind, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

What do you charge?
I am currently tinkering with my pricing, please feel free to email me to get a basic quote if you have an idea in mind.

How does it all work?
It's as easy as 1 2 3.

Step 1:
Once you contact me with a few details, such as project parameters and a timeline, we'll schedule a meeting (either face-to-face, or via email) to get to know you better. We will discuss your project, budget and map out any ideas you have.  A deposit is required, before I get to work.

Step 2:
This is when the magic happens! I continue a dialogue with you until you guessed it ... presentation! Once I feel I have 2 design concepts that will delight, I will send these straight to your inbox for review. We begin any changes you have. Changes may include colour, wording and design refinements. I'll then send you a final PDF, at this stage I ask you to go through with a fine-tooth comb. By approving the final PDF you take responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If Errors are discovered after approval any reprinting will be at additional cost to you. If for any reason you are not happy with the 2 design concepts I present to you, a $50 re-design charge will apply if total re-designing is required.

Step 3:
Final payment is required before I press the print button. Then the goods are lovingly packed and sent on their merry way to you, or are available for pick up.
